Health Issues

All dog breeds have health issues. This page is meant to be informative. In the event you encounter one of these issues from a pup or dog from Southpack Kennels, we would greatly appreciate being informed. Our goal is to eliminate these conditions and only breed exceptional quality pups. Although we do health testing and screening, sometimes a genetic fault can present itself unknowingly. Our knowledge of this will help us constantly improve upon our kennel and the breed itself.

Clicking the links will take you to a page with more details about the issue.
